When we are faced with indecision... it can trigger a less than health mental response. The second you go back and forth with a choice - break out a literal piece of paper and pen (or pencil) and write it out. Let logic prevail. Be smart about the seriousness of keeping your mental health stable. Make a list of the pros and cons of the choices you are faced with and when the list is made, look at it, read it aloud and if you can easily get behind a choice from there, great! If not, whichever side gives you clear advice, you have your answer.
