My daughter loves all things alive. Including garden snails, of which she keeps a couple as pets. Here is a pic of her oldest snail with a baby snail on its back and then a baby-baby snail on its back! Super cute. This highlights today's skill: Be in the Moment. Sometimes we need to allow the rest of the world around us (or even the rest of the room around us) to fade into the back and just be in the moment. What is my body feeling like, right now? What do I see? What do I smell? What do I hear? Let each sensation pass like moving clouds, not hanging onto any one thing or any one thought. No judgments. The moment isn't right or wrong, good or bad... it just is.
